Allen Wins Moustache Competition

Allen with Finch Allen doesn’t blog enough. For example did you know that for the past 2 weeks he’s been madly growing his facial fur for a moustache competition at work? And did you know that just yesterday judging took place and Allen’s bushy upper lip, which I named “Finch” was judged to be the fullest and manliest?

Yep, Al won the moustache contest at work! Straight after his win, he shaved it off claiming it to be itchy and sweaty, but he also started talking about maybe growing a goatee, so he’s got the facial fur growth bug now. We’ll be enjoying a free dinner out tonight, using the gift certificate Allen won for growing our hero, Finch.

More proof that Allen doesn’t blog enough– did you know he also recently got his own kiteboard? He got a kite back in May, but he just got a board to go with it last weekend. Allen will soon be riding the Lightwave Rasta Pro. Here’s a pic of it:

With a kiteboard like that, he’s gonna need more than a goatee — he’s gonna need dreads! ;)
