So, today is my 33rd birthday and despite choosing to have a very low key celebration this year (I didn’t go skydiving like I did for my 31st, just went to a movie with Allen), I am having an amazing birthday because I’ve gotten an overwhelming amount of birthday wishes from friends, family and colleagues. It feels so awesome even to get a simple Facebook note on your birthday so thanks SO much to everyone who did that, called, twittered and emailed me today. I really, really appreciate it.

The thing that blew me away today was one of my childhood friends emailed me saying she still remembers my birthday 25 years later and sent me this page that she wrote about me when we were kids…

Isn’t that amazing? Thank you Sherri, this just was the cherry on top of the awesome-birthday-cake that was today. And thanks again to everybody! I feel very loved today and that’s a good feeling.
