Even on non-realty web sites, when the photos are taken by a professional, the featured product always looks much more appealing. I'm kinda itching to try shooting the rooms with my lights, see what I'm capable of when shooting a clean house (which my apartment most definitely is not). The only reason not to include photos are if the photos you have are ugly and don't showcase the home at its finest. In other words, if you're worried about the photos, hire someone better.
